This is an excellent cam. I was sceptical at first as it has
a high price tag (except on amazon) but when i saw the quality
of the build and the quality of the video its just fantastic.
Nothing else to say its well worth the money. The low light
video is great and it adjusts the aperture perfectly so not
grainy images just clear how they should be. the focussing is
quite responsive too if you have face tracking on.
One other great feature is its stand its so versatile it
attaches to anything or stands perfectly.

Bought 2 of these webcams, one for myself and the other for
family. Excellent, very clear picture + good hands free
microphone.

Hi,
Just to recommend the Logitech Pro 9000
Webcam. It does everything I wanted it to do and so user
friendly and easy to set up. Please watch my video review. I
notice that the quality of the picture is not so good on
zoom(as you would expect on digital zoom only) so might use it
without zoom in future. The frames per second issue disappears
without "Rightlight", the auto light adjusting facility. I will
need to set the light settings manually to enable me to do
without this facility. It looks much better movement-wise with
rightlight off. Obviously I am on a learning curve at this
point!

I bought this camera to use as a video surveillance camera
from my house to an area where I park my car. I know this is
not what it was designed for but the results were excellent.
The car is parked just off road and about 15 metres away from
my house.
The camera was very easy to set up and gave a pretty sharp
image in normal daylight conditions. The motion sensor worked
very well picking up movement in the centre of the image and
rather less on the periphery. I found the best resolution to be
HD 960x720. I found the software to be a bit poor especially
when viewing the results of any capture. The video is stored as
seperate events and there's no way of viewing the whole lot in
one showing. As you can imagine this can be tedious when
viewing a 12 hour surveillance. I had used the automatic
RightLight setting and this proved too dark for the conditions
but brightness was easily adjusted.
I now use a piece of Freeware which uses the camera to produce
a series of images rather than video which have date and time
stamps and can be viewed in rapid sequence. You can download
the freeware from []
I had previously looked at one surveillance system which was
originally priced at £180 and the pictures were appauling
compared with this camera. If you're looking for a cheap video
surveillance camera then this will do the job
